I was a walk in waiting room busy my appointment was about 40 minutes later than scheduled. Very friendly staff and efficient needed lab work so waiting was necessary Dr. was very helpful with my needs.

Super long wait time and they were out of flu tests which was the whole reason I went in. Then I had to drive to a different location to get the tests. Seems like a place that should always have those test available. Dr was very nice tho.

Have a rash on my forearms and was seen within 15 minutes. A very positive experience.

Scheduled an appointment for my kids ear infection for 9am.  Checked in at 8:50.  We were waiting for about an hour before we were taken back to exam room and then another 20 min (maybe longer) before we saw Cori.  There were people who walked in that were seen before us. Please get more providers at this location because it’s terrible for providers to have to be overworked and then complained to for having to take 90 min to be seen.  We tried to leave but were told we were next and when I asked if we could come back when I had more time they said they didn’t know if that was possible.  Front office staff and other medical staff were good.  But it’s a terrible set up. This isn’t the first time we’ve gone there and either turned away for only having one provider that can’t take any more patients that day or long wait.

I had the most severe ear pain I have ever had in my life and very urgently had to have a doctor look at me. My experience at your facility was so quick, efficient, and pleasant. I loved the woman that greeted me in the lobby and I loved the doctor that I saw. he gave me the medication I needed to clear my ear up and in just 24 hours I felt like I was back to normal. You saved me that day. Thank you!

Wouldn’t call it express care. Second time visiting, each about a year apart. Last time they blamed the 2 hour wait on staffing, this time they acted as a 2 hour wait was normal. Dr was friendly, attentive and apologized for the wait time once I saw him.

Left work early with an extremely sore throat. Appt time was 1:40pm. Was called back at 2:40pm the nurse was nice enough . She did a strep test and placed me in a room. 40 min later someone popped there head in and said the Dr. was held up . Waited another 20 min . Having been there for 2 hrs in a freezing room i decided to leave . Never saw the dr . Told the front desk lady. She was also very nice and said she’d cancel my appt . Very wasteful 2 hrs. Had i known the dr was unavailable i could have gone elsewhere .

3 hour wait with no updates to see a practitioner all to be told just take a bunch of Tylenol and ibuprofen. Ridiculous

Everyone was caring and kind and I had a great experience, which was especially welcome since I wasn’t feeling well. Thank you!

Didn’t realize you could make appointments so waited over 1 1/2 hours for a 10 minute appointment.
