I've seen Dr.Sorrell before. He is very helpful and I've had other family members who has been to this location.

Felt rush and visit seemed pointless. Could of went somewhere else

Scheduled online for an insect bite. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Waited approximately 10-15 minutes. Shannon D. Took my vitals and did preliminary report. She was extremely professional yet very personable. PA Lashona Wilder, was also very professional, compassionate and caring. I highly recommend RoperExpress Care Folly Road.

A new resident to the area, I don’t have a PCP yet and needed to be seen for suspected sinus infection.  Scheduling an appointment online was super easy and was able to reschedule easily too.  I checked-in online as well and was able to set up a mychart account and link my medical history easily.  Checking-in at the clinic was easy with a very friendly front desk staffer. I set my appointment for 1:15 and wasn’t called back until after 1:45, as there were 6 walk-ins ahead of me (which I could monitor online).  The nurse who took my vitals was very friendly and knowledgeable and confirmed what she saw in my records in the way of meds (love that I could link all that).  I had to wait a little longer than comfortable for the Dr (NP/PA?) to come in - probably around 25 minutes.  She was however, great.  She took time to listen to me, did a thorough exam based on my symptoms, talked to me about my concerns and ended up prescribing a heavy duty antibiotic to treat sinus infection and pneumonia that she called in to a pharmacy near my home.  She had a wonderful bedside manner and apologized for the wait in the exam room.   I would return to this clinic without reservation, but may not bother to make an appointment.

Walked in, only 3 people in front of me. Sign in kiosk was having internet issues, but I was able to check in via my phone by scanning the QR code at the front desk. Receptionist was very graceful about my crappy health insurance situation (and even empathized). Wait time wasn't longer than expected. Provider was friendly, knowledgeable, willing to spend time to explain the physiology and different treatment options which I very much appreciated. 10/10 would definitely come back.

Maggie and my NP Cheryl were super helpful and kind, listened to all my aliments, and we’re able to provide the insights and meds needed. A fantastic experience all around.

I was a walk in. I was serviced quickly with warmth and patience. Had a broken arm and they were able to have X-rays completed and red within an hour and a half. Overall the PA and her staff were terrific. Loved the service. Thank you Roper

Wait time was excessive. I was one of the first 3 people in at 8AM. Didn’t see a Dr until 10:30. Having only one doctor on staff on a Saturday!

My 5 year old has been sick for over a week. I brought her in and the staff was quick. I always assumed this was an office that mostly saw adults, but the doctor was good with her.
