Staff here are fabulous… caring.considerate…. I went to the Roper Care center first before being admitted to Roper downtown … because a heart attack was presumed, was admitted immediately, and staff acted quickly to provide care. Still waiting on testing results,,yes.  I would recommend Roper to everyone

Bladder infection the service was excellent. My wait time was not long.

Didn’t know it was that easy to reach a good doctor in a pleasant environment so close to me.  Made my booking in minutes. Checked in as soon as I walked in the door. Well, there were lots in queue ahead of me. Once my turn rolled round, i as in exceptionally friendly hands. I couldn’t miss the fact that staff thought I was a serious case and they were leaving no stone unturned trying to give me the very best care possible. Started feeling much relief within hours of taking first dose medication. Praise the Lord for such skills among men.

Highly recommend!  Fast and friendly! Was seen within 10 minutes of checking in.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Elizabeth, PA, was very helpful, explained everything and diagnosed me with ease.

The receptionist was very friendly and courteous. The nurse was very attentive to my Ma as she is 93 years old. Dr. Kate Osmond was very gentle and treated my Mom with care and concern.

Checked in at 10:30am. Came back at 11:30 after they called and said I was next. Waited another hour in waiting room before being taken back to the room. The nurse who talked to me first was very kind. Waited another 30 min in the room before the nurse practitioner came in. She barged in, didn’t introduce herself, and completely ignored one of my complaints? Which the first nurse knew about and I mentioned when signing in online? Looked at me for all of a minute before sending me off. Not the best experience whatsoever.

Check in was BAD. I was the only one in line with 2 receptionist behind the desk, I waited about 5 minutes to be told to use the kiosk to check in. I wanted a covid and strep test because my husband was positive with both test and very sick. Receptionist suggest take a home covid test, or wait until I show symptoms. After I checked in, I waited for no less than 2 hours. The doctor was good, caring and thorough. But admin staff could not give me a update on my wait time and appeared not to care.

Staff was amazing-from check in to the Provider. I had a 1.5” splinter in my arm.  The NP was able to numb it , open a small hole and pull it out, painlessly and I was able to avoid a trip to the ER.
