Both the nurse and provider were very kind, informative, helpful, and allowed me to feel comfortable discussing my symptoms and treatment care. The time was very quick and I would definitely recommend this clinical staff

Great place for Service Connected Veterans to receive prompt and immediate care.

I was fairly poorly and felt I needed to be seen by a professional. I was met with a PA that expressed her disapproval of my coming in with Covid/flu-like symptoms. As a mother, I wanted to be flu tested and get tamiflu if necessary… I also wanted to know what was causing the illness so I could help treat those in my household if it spread. As one can assume, every patient has a complex needs basis and background. This PA assumed I was wasting her time and attempting to get her sick. She also asked about my birth control and breastfeeding journey in front of the entire BOH staff and potentially other patients. The PA was very disrespectful after I waited over an hour to see her (with an appointment). Lesson learned— I’ll see my regular provider from now on.

The staff check in and out out was awesome the MA she did a great job working me up and the NP who saw me was great she knew exactly what was going on.

This facility has wonderful staff but Express Care is misleading.  RSFH urgent cares could take the burden off the ERs if you would give be them the lab/X-ray and others testing needed.  You go there for help and they can’t do it.  The two others near us Pointe Hope and Wingo Way were closed on 20/22!!   You need better leadership at RSFH!!!

I walked in with a bluish, black, and swollen middle finger. The receptionist was very polite and assisted me promptly. I saw PA, who told me she would rather schedule me with a hand specialist asap. Some would have advised splint. I was in the specialist’s office the following day. I had a fracture. The PT, who made my splint, told me that the PA at Roper needed a good review.

The staff is so friendly. I took my children to two other urgent cares and they stopped seeing patients. I had to work the next day and both of my girls were really sick. It’s was 7:30 pm and they took them and treated them. The whole staff was super friendly and made our experience great! Thank you so much! I highly recommend and will only go to this location in the future.

NP was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen to my symptoms and dismissed all concerns.
