They were all so kind and accommodating and let me come in after two other express cares turned me away. I didn’t feel rushed through the appointment and felt that they really cared.

I’ve been sick for about five 5 days and not feeling better. Walked in and made an appointment was diagnosed. Meds were recalled in to 24 hour pharmacy after 24 hours. I feel better after 24 hours quick efficient, friendly, and professional.

Didn’t feel as good as I did, coughing too much too hard. Needed help and Roper St Francis Express Care provided that help

I made an appointment for a cough/congrstion.  There was a problem getting a blood pressure reading.  The NP referred me to go to the ER which I did.  The staff at Express care was very helpful and friendly!  I am glad she asked me to go to the ER

Went to West Ashley Express Care, where there was a 2-3 hr wait. We were advised to go to Tanger Express Care and schedule an appointment on Solv. We were able to schedule an appt and be seen within 30 minutes! Kim the MA and Sara Ann Fagan the NP were fantastic, helpful, professional and provided exceptional care!

Was able to find a short wait time using the app. Worth the drive to not waste time sitting in a waiting room. Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Care was good. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Wait time was 2 hours after i was checked in, didn’t give a correct diagnosis, felt very rushed after such a long wait. Dr was very rude so was the receptionist

Pretty good for after how care. My son was sick and called me at work stating he need to see a doctor. So I take him to get checked out. It's was a easy process signing in and being seen. Tests was ran to fins out the problem. It was very good bed side manner alone with explanation has what needs to be done. If I had to rate i would give 10 out of 10.

Woke up feeling horrible and having breathing issues and I knew my asthma i have meds and treatments. They were not working so I knew I had to get myself check out. I was a walk-in and signing in did not take long until I was called in the back. It was complete bed side manner and very welcoming to my problems. If I had to rate it a 10 out 10. Thank you for what you do.

5 pm appointment. Arrives at 445. One group (parent and two children called back as a unit) and a single person in the waiting room ahead of me. Three more entered after I arrived, one bleeding from an earlier shot at her doctor’s office. Completely understand she had priority!  I was called back about 510 or 515. Vitals taken by 520/530. Saw the NPR at 650. . When I left at 7 the waiting room was empty meaning the three people who entered after me were seen before me…..The NPR assured me she’d taken everyone as scheduled. Totally underwhelmed by NPR’s manner and her explanation of symptoms and diagnosis. Would not recommend this faculty or this provider.
