Every month I get a sinus infection so this time I decided to go to the doctor as soon as I got a sore throat and dripping nasal cavity. They lady came back and pretty much said that there was nothing she could do and assumed that I was like everyone else and took antibiotics so much that it would not do anything for me. I am now on day three of feeling bad and I feel worse than ever, I don’t know what to do, I was about to go to a different Roper to see if they could help me but I think they are just gonna take my money like the last one. I was already irritated due to the long wait, so finding out that I would have to go home and not get any medication to help made me even more upset.

So, I scheduled my appointment for 2:00, showed up around 1:40, went to go check in and the lady at the desk said it my scheduling was somehow messed up. She got me situated and “put on note on file” that I was supposed to be seen at 2:00. A new appointment showed up for 2:45 and she said she put a note on there so hopefully I would be seen soon. What a joke. I finally went back around 2:40.  All I needed to know was whether I had the Flu or Covid. The nurse swabbed both of my nostrils twice making sure to swab the left one extra hard (i.e. to the point of bleeding). What a fun time I had! All of this to say that they never even gave me an after-visit report.  Absolutely horrendous.

Roper Express Care on University in Goose Creek is wonderful. They are quick and efficient- get you, listen to your concern, note everything and I saw the Doctor within 5 mins after the nurse took my vitals. And shout out to Dr. Woods, she is very caring and showed genuine concern. This is very comforting when you don’t feel good.  Thank you to all the staff there and I hope you all stay healthy thru this cold and flu season.

The PA Anna is so sweet and attentive. This is my second time seeing her and both times she put me at ease.  The new check in system works well. I liked it. Seems it’s faster and more efficient.  Thank you to all the staff I encountered for an easy and peaceful visit.

I got in. Saw the nurse, Dr. They all are very  nice and I like it there. My providers bed side manner, was great.  Yes!!

Terrible communication and left me in a room with my 7 month old for 45 mins and still no doctor came in to see me or check on my symptoms.

I was a walk-in today. Having pain in my left arm. I registered in and about 30 minutes to an hour, I was out this included the doctor's diagnosis. My nurse and doctor was very attentive. The care here is awesome. I would recommend going here. If I need Urgent Care in the future, this is where I will go.

Walked into the urgent care at 8 AM with the doors , I wasn’t seen by the provider until 10:00am. The weight type seemed excessive, considering there was only one other patient ahead of me.Excellent care otherwise.

Arrived at facility sore throat, body aches, cough, was told upon arrival there was a wait time. All is fine.

My Right and Left Foot was hurting so badly that I couldn’t walk. I call the front desk and ask for a wheel chair to be sent to my car. The Staff did bring a wheel chair, but I had to wheel myself into the clinic and when it was time for me to leave, I had to wheel myself out the clinic to my car. Just need better assistance from the staff, when the patients needs wheel chair assistance. Furthermore, this place is great for treating patients, very knowledgeable staff. Thank you for your services.
