Woke up and was still feeling bad. So I decided once I take my kids to school I was going to the urgent care. The wait wasn't long at all. Check-in went very smooth. Staff was very nice. Care was pretty good still trying to figure out what's going on. So back on meds once more...Which helped tremendously!

Fast and efficient- I was in/out in no time. Staff was friendly and Doctor Groves/Shanice told me everything that they were going to do before doing the procedure.

Have been having severe back pain & decided to go to Roper Express Care on Ladson Rd. Arrived in the afternoon and there was a 2 1/2 hour wait so I decided to return the following morning when they opened. I got there 35 minutes before they opened (29 degree temp) and got in line and by the time they opened, there were about 20 people in line behind me. After checking in at the kiosk, I was called back right away. Kim did a good job of initial intake (bp, temp, etc) and then PA Sarah Cooper examined me and determined I had acute back pain. She ordered a steroid injection and pain injection then sent a prescription to the pharmacy for prednisone and a muscle relaxer. PA Sarah did everything I was hoping to get done to help alleviate my pain. The nurse giving the injections was very thorough explaining everything she was about to do. I was out of there in about an hour after signing in. The care was great but would recommend hiring more medical staff so the office wouldn't be so busy and the wait times so long later in the day. If you get a choice, I would recommend seeing PA Sarah Cooper for your medical needs.

I came in this morning after being sick for a week, and getting worse. Check in was easy and the wait time was not long. The doctor was very personable and knowledgeable. He listened to what I had to say and ran some tests.  I was out within an hour with meds ordered to improve my illness.  I would recommend this clinic.

Staff was very friendly and efficient but….. there’s no buts. lol

I felt awful this morning. Facility was packed. Everyone was so nice  and pleasant! Scheduling was easy. Self check was easy also. Staff is awesome! Dr Grover was the best/ quick/caring.

I love RSFH and am always pleased with all aspects of my care. I do however want to make a complaint regarding my visit yesterday regarding the new scheduling system. First I want to note that I didn’t know about the online scheduling system. I arrived and checked in. While I understand that patients who made appointments online took priority, the system needs to be reevaluated. I continued to get pushed back over and over in the queue. I felt miserable and it was very frustrating to wait for hours and see my place in line keep getting pushed back. I actually went online to see if I could make an appointment just to ensure that I would get seen the same day, but appointments were booked up. There were many others upset and complaining as well. I was polite to the staff as I know it was out of their control, but I was very frustrated. I know for next time to make an appointment, but please take some time to reevaluate the system. I was very pleased with my care once I was seen. Thanks so much!

Had a one hour wait time. Chest c-ray taken. Flu and Covid tests neg. Dr matter of fact. I “just” have a viral infection “like” everyone else; like you’re wasting my time. Not like other times I’ve been there before. I’m glad I could be seen because I couldn’t get an appointment with my dr for 3 weeks even with hx of asthma and bronchitis… takes for seeing me Roper-Staint Francis Urgent Care!!!  I would and do recommend them!!!

I went in and they were taking care of me from start to finish. I love it there!

Started feeling bad on Tuesday, thought it was a head cold, it was followed up with sinus congestion the next few days. Was a little fatigued and later started coughing. Finally went to Roper St Francis to get checked out. Everything was pleasant from the time the Nurse took my vitals to when the Doctor on duty came in. She was very pleasant, listening to my concerns and advising me on steps I needed to help solve my problems. We had a lovely conversation concerning my other health issues as she showed compassion.
