Walked right in with only one person in the waiting room and checked right in. Then after an hour ‘n half of waiting and watching 12 other patrons come in, sign in, and be called back, we finally get called. After the triage nurse left, we waited another 30 on a nurse practitioner. Never saw a doctor. Got a diagnosis and was on our way out. A little over 3 hours total. Complete waste of my time, that I’ll never get back. It’s been this way the last few times I’ve had to take a sick child there. I won’t go back, there’s other places that I’m sure are quicker and would love to take my insurance. Completely DONE!

Had a bad cold for weeks, came in to get looked at. Staff was fantastic, very caring. Took excellent care of me. And now, a few days later I’m finally feeling better ~ thank you all 🥰🩷💜🌻

Everything about my visit was excellent except the use of the automatic blood pressure machine. They never work on me and kept applying extreme pressure. I finally ripped it off and the nurse too my pressure manually. My arm still hurts. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Staff was pleasant and fast. No waiting time. NP was awesome and helped resolve my issue quickly and thoroughly.  I would highly recommend this provider.

Early this morning went on line to schedule an appt and the 1st available was 1:00 so I booked it. I checked in at 12:56 and didn’t get to see the provider (nurse practitioner) until 2:10. She spent one minute with me to tell me to drink more water and didn’t prescribe anything. Out the door she went. I do not recommend this provider and do not recommend Roper Express until they have more than one provider on duty.

I woke up having pain in my right ear.  My husband took me to Roper Urgent care. Check in was smooth and receptionist was friendly.  I opted to wait in my car since I started coughing due to the cold.  I was able to check my position to be seen and was called in quickly.  The nurse was very kind and caring and set me at ease.  The doctor came in to see me and was able to diagnose my bronchitis and answered my questions about treatment.   Check out was smooth. If asked I will recommend Roper Urgent Care.

I have been sick with chest congestion for a week and now have a sinus infection. I visited this Express Care 3 days ago and the Doctor told me to come back in if my sinuses got bad and I would be prescribed an antibiotic. I went in today and was treated very abruptly and borderline rude by the nurse practitioner who told me that I had to wait 10 days before they could prescribe an antibiotic. I asked for a cough medicine to relieve my cough because my throat is raw and to help me sleep and she said that she couldn’t prescribe anything like that. She offered Flonase (which I have and is in the system) and Tesla Pearls for my cough. She barely looked at my throat and only checked my breathing at one spot on the front of my chest. It was obvious that she did not want to even be there to begin with and when I told her that I am choking on mucus she absolutely did not care. She spent about 2 minutes with me total. The rest of the office staff were very nice.

Great 5 star service from everyone at check in/out, medical assistant and doctor. These ladies were amazing. They were handling impatient folks in the waiting room perfectly and professionally.

The extended wait time was unexpected and inconvenient. Upon being redirected, the nurse assistant displayed a lack of enthusiasm and professionalism. However, I must commend the nurse practitioner for their courteous and competent demeanor.
