Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I ended up having a sinus infection and possible bronchitis. Since I have asthma the NP gave me a couple of prescriptions. The doctor was tied up with an emergency and said if it was ok with me she could do the exam. I said that was fine . I really appreciate her asking if it was ok. Thank you for taking care of me.

I came to Expresscare for help to determine what is causing my symptoms. The wait was over 2 hours. However I got the best care from the reception and scheduling personnel, nurses, PA and other medical staff.  The office was super busy but I was given a great deal of attention and compassion from everyone that was helping me. I got the diagnoses and with prescription in hand I am hoping to get well soon. Many thanks to all!

Today, I sat in the waiting room for a little over 1.5 hours. I had made an appointment at 12:00. I left Roper in West Ashley at 2:35. They were so behind, I still haven’t received results from my X-ray, 4.5 hours later. My main issue is, why make an appointment if you can’t actually get the patient in at the time scheduled? I was so late picking up my children due to the fact that I live on James Island and wasn’t expecting to be there so long. The James Island Roper Express Care said they couldn’t take me because their X-ray department wasn’t operating today. It’s been a long, irritating process.
