Elizabeth is just wonderful… she is so kind but professional. You have a great person working for you there.

My granddaughter had a continuous sore throat . Wait time about 40 min.  Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

This is the second time I have been here for care.  Both times the staff has been awesome. The level of care and depth of there expertise is better than most primary care docs. They take the time to review charts and make recommendations.

I was having trouble hearing because my ear was full of wax. I've decided to let my daughter take me to Roper Express to get it checked out. The nurse and the doctor was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate their help. Thank you so much

Was surprised at the new system and initial wait time but as a senior not tech savvy I muddled through the process.  I couldn’t do anything but wait to be seen as I felt bad and needed aid just thankful it wasn’t emergency.  Once seen I was processed swiftly and conscientiously and given excellent treatment and medicine was ordered at my pharmacy before I arrived home.  I always recommend Roper facilities healthcare!

Walk in with wheezing and shortness of breath and was seen right away.

Overall great experience. Parking and finding the entrance were the only problems we had. There is construction at the rear of the lot and buildings so finding a way in was confusing. Once we were in they took us right a way and the staff is wonderful. Thank you

My cat bit me this morning and my brother, a vet, said to go to Urgent Care immediately which I did. Everything about this facility was great. Friendly staff, not a long wait and great doctor. I had not been here before and will definitely come back to this location every time I need to. Highly recommend

I called to find out if I could make an appointment. No mention was made to do an online check in. Upon arriving i waited more than 3 hours to be seen. The link SMS to see your place in the queue was erroneous. Only 2 Nurse Practioners is woefully understaffed. The new system for scheduling needs to be thrown out!!! If Roper Express Care wants to remain competitive then some serious changes to the system need to be made!!!!!

Even though I did the waistline I still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. It appeared there were plenty of medical staff there so not sure what the problem was.
