Online schedule evening prior.  Upon arrival was seen within 10 after arriving!  Nurse efficient and Dr Effective.  Total time 20 minutes!  Great place.

Walked in and staff very friendly and helpful. Had injured my foot while playing tennis. Had doctor in and x rays done in 10 minutes. Very helpful. I have used Roper Urgent Care 3 times in the past and this location on James Island always efficient and professional. I highly recommend their services.

The front desk staff were not friendly the wait time was longer than it should have been.

The staff was friendly and helpful. That wait was long but I understand that Mondays are busy. My only complaints are that while the exam rooms seem like they are clean, the lobby felt quite dirty. Specifically the floor really needs cleaning. Also the signs typed up in word and printed on paper are confusing. I would recommend cutting down on using those. Overall the experience was good. It's the day after and I'm already starting to feel better.

Scheduling- easy but still had to wait > 40 minutes to see triage med Tech or nurse ;check in staff- flat affect until I asked whether I would be waiting 2 hrs which is what they were telling everyone who walked in although there were only 3 of us in the waiting room. Medical staff-techs, PA- all 5 star - caring, efficient; good care. Completed the visit, including an X-ray in 90 minutes. Would recommend this provider but should improve greeting & may need additional staff if truly had a 2 hour wait @ the time I was there
