Went in to be treated and waited over 2 hours. Front desk staff was rude and not welcoming, however two staff from occupational could hear and see and tried to apologize and rectify they were Ms.Anita and Breanna I believe. Provider was super amp and lied in my after visit summary as well as documented my symptoms completely opposite of what I told her! The staff on urgent care side that I had interaction with made me make the decision to never use that location again. I work in the the  system and know what our mission stands for and the standard in which we treat patients… this location does not level up!

Absolute worst doctor experience I have ever had. I demand a refund!

The team members at this location are very friendly and compassionate.  The level of kindness and support that they showed my dad was noteworthy!

I have had to use this clinic a few times. It is a good location staff is very efficient and tests are done on site. Grateful to have professionals able to help when I’m sick.

I was sick with very sore throat for a few days and tired. Walked in Saturday morning for a check up. Had COVID end of September and tested Negative October 7.  The staff checked me for COVID and strep throat - both negative.  After my lungs were checked, was prescribed an antibiotic to clear up pneumonia in my right lung. Don’t remember the names of the staff but they were efficient and cared for my well being.  I would recommend this provider.

Woke up the other morning with extreme pain. Went to the express care and immediately was checked in. Waited about 20 mins which wasn’t bad, but I wasn’t made aware that there’s no X-ray tech available until they were ready to see me. I would need to go to another express care that has a X-ray tech available. The staff were very friendly and apologetic that they didn’t notify me. Overall, I was pleased with the services provided

I thought I had a UTI & it was confirmed!! So glad I went there & happy I chose here !! Great service!! Great employees!! I’ll go back if ever needed!! Donna

Quicker pullback time would be better, otherwise service was excellent

I didn’t need to schedule an appointment. I did call ahead and they said just come on in so that’s what I did. I waited approximately 30 minutes, even though there was only two other people in the waiting room. Not a big deal. The front desk girl Casey was awesome very friendly, sweet and helpful. My concern is the practitioner that I saw, and I have concerns that she should not be in an urgent care atmosphere. She seemed truly fearful of her situation. She seemed afraid to get near me or to touch me, even though I wasn’t coughing or exhibiting any symptoms at the time and I was wearing a mask. Later went to the emergency room as she stated there was nothing she could do for me and was afraid that I would die. Yes she actually said that. I understand in urgent care situations that you might come in contact with people who are sick but you shouldn’t be afraid to treat the patients. Just my feelings and thoughts on the subject. Thank you for asking my opinion. By the way, the emergency room diagnosed me with acute bronchitis .
