I have been trying over the counter pain medication for left lower back pain with no relief. Checking in was a breeze. The staff were helpful and kind. I will most definitely recommend your service to others.

Wonderful place Very caring All was a great cust visit and they were very caring

I took my 88 year old aunt in for low back pain. We had an awful day. A couple of other Urgent Care places had broken X-ray machines, other problems & it was difficult for her to get in & out of the car & walk. From the moment we came into this Urgent Care, staff ran to get a wheelchair, were so friendly, sympathetic, & efficient. Reception, nurse, xray technician all wonderful. The doctor Jeremy Lloyd was particularly good - gentle- great bedside manner, thorough and even called me back with her results in a very timely manner. Would recommend this particular Urgent Care to anyone. Thanks for making an awful day better!

Came in with suspected pneumonia.  Was in and out under 45 minutes, including x-rays.  Everyone was kind and helpful.

Dr. Grover is always so wonderful. So quick, caring and thorough. It’s always a great visit when I get to see him.

Everyone was so friendly and caring. New system on entering but was easy to use. I highly recommend everyone going to Roper Express Care they are truly wonderful. My daughter and I come here whenever we are feeling sick.

Took my daughter to urgent care for nausea and stomach pains. The nurse was rude and wanted to kick me out of the room simply because I brought along her special needs siblings and went into the exam room with her. She said, “Does everyone have to be in here? Usually the doctor only wants 1 person in the room.” I told her, “My children cannot and will not sit alone in the waiting room and I’d like to be in the room to see what is going on with my daughter.” She said she’d let the doctor know but the dr didn’t push the issue. It’s not so much what was said, it was how snotty she said it. The wait time the last two times I’ve had to visit this location has been between 1-2 hours just to be triaged and called into a room. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location on the future.

Came in for my granddaughter who had pneumonia as we thought, checked in, waited almost an hour, went to desk after people who came in before us got seen, went to desk to inquire, clerk ( who seemed in no hurry) finally said system not working but they found us in system and check in took forever- if system having problems you should have alternate system  to use, once with provider, all went well- your check in system and front desk need a lot of work especially with dealing with sick people- a little empathy and truly being sorry for lack of compassion would help a lot, but some are not capable of that- one time I have been terribly disappointed in roper sf
