Had been sick for a few days and finally decd3d to go to St.Francis urgent care. Everyone there was kind and friendly. The nurse and doctor treated me like I mattered.

Very Professional Team and Great Service at this location

Awoke with an itching left ear which became the same situation with the right ear. My throat had become irritated. I was experiencing throat soreness and the need to adjust my swallowing. Dr Sarah Cooper diagnosed my condition and nurse Shayla came in began the treatment. The entire staff were very friendly and professional from the moment I step through the door until I left the facility. Great job Roper.

Woke up with a sore throat when to my doctor in Ladson. They tested for everything possible concluded I did not had flu, strep throat or Covid just an allergy or some infection my grandkids brought home from school. I have my medicine and am feeling like I got great treatment.  Thank you Roper Hospital

Everyone was kind, courteous and professional! Provided good care and were very genuine. I didn’t give 5 stars on quality of care because my pain was never assessed besides what I mentioned. Never asked to score my pain or advised on how to treat my pain. I know pain meds are frowned upon these days, but some relief for sleep quality at night would’ve been beneficial for injury. Overall, always a good experience at this location.

Disappointed went there because I was told my blood pressure was extremely high and expected to leave with some kind of medication or prescription to help only to be told that they can’t prescribe medication so I paid a 100.00 copay to tell me something I knew before I walked in your office

Every other RSF experience has been absolutely terrible so I was very hesitant to go here but everything about this visit was exceptional. No waiting time and Sarah, the PA was phenomenal.
