It was easy scheduling an appointment an getting some answers for me but the prescriptions were very expensive even with my insurance. Great visit and talk with the doctor thanks 😊

I was a walk in. I do not like the kiosk. It wiggles too much when trying to type on it and takes the relationship connection away. Additionally I still have to communicate with a person so do not understand the point or benefit of the kiosk. Don't do things that others do just cuz they do them. Do what works for you and your patients. The young lady who took my vitals didn't smile once, so not very inviting and no she wasn't wearing a mask. Dr Jones was great explaining her plan to me. The young lady who did my swab test and gave me the shot was lively and personable which I enjoyed. Love the convenience of the long hours. My family and I often use your services on weekends so thank you for the long term hours. Yes I recommend Roper Express Care.

Went to Express Care because I was having a lot of pain moving my neck. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen by Ms Johnson. She asked a lot of questions about I came in for and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the way she treated me.

My son came down with an amazing rash all over his torso, shoulders and arms. We could not get into his regular Doctor and so we went to a walkin clinic. I was able to schedule online the same day. The staff was super friendly with terrific service and got a treatment plan to start immediately. Would recommend them to everyone.

I started to get shivers, body aches, and a horrid headache last night that has lasted through today. The staff at this Roper location were absolutely the definition of professionalism. Their sincere attitudes and genuine caring nature has earned my respect and I will be certain to pass the word along.

I was first in line. Three people went ahead of me. Had a bad sore throat and wasn’t tested for strep. Had no voice at all. Was told to be quiet and I’d be okay. Covid and flu were negative but was told I might have it since I was vaccinated. Four days later I still have no voice. Still coughing. Feel worse. I wasted my time and money.

I visited Roper Express Care for an ankle injury and encountered several issues during my visit. Due to the nature of my injury, I was unable to bend my ankle or knee, which made it impossible to put my shoe back on after the nurse wrapped my ankle. Despite explaining the problem, the nurse seemed uninterested in helping and displayed poor bedside manner. Additionally, she sounded ill but was not wearing a mask, which was concerning if she was indeed sick. The check-in process was also highly inefficient. The QR code provided for check-in was not working, and despite multiple patients informing the front desk staff of the issue, they did not assist by manually checking us in. Instead, we were required to wait for the single available tablet while the staff remained at their computers. This caused unnecessary delays in both checking in and being seen. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism from both the nurse and the front desk staff made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope improvements are made to ensure better care, efficiency, and adherence to health protocols in the future.
