Very dissatisfied with our visit today. The staff was extremely rude, very unprofessional and office was very disorganized. The Dr. didn’t ask any questions and made assumptions. I had to see another physician because I didn’t trust what was being said to me. This care facility used to be the best in Roswell. What happened????

Worthless!! Wait time is outrageous, staff is extremely disorganized, they don't see patients in order of arrival, take a day or more to send in prescriptions for urgent/acute care, calls get forwarded to voicemail and you don't get a call back because apparently "they're at lunch" anytime of day that you call.

I traveled to New Mexico from Texas in July and became VERY sick with Covid. I was staying at my second home in Ruidoso and took a turn for the worst. I went to the ER in Ruidoso and was released a few hours later. The next day my husband drove me 1.5 hours to Roswell Family Care and we got there at 4pm and were told they were full for the day. I begged to be able to be seen since I was so sick and we had driven so far. The receptionist asked the physician who thankfully said yes. I really think he saved my life. He said I had the beginnings of Covid Pneumonia. I was given 3 different prescriptions and went from being the sickest I've EVER been in my ENTIRE life and worried I might die to being remarkably better within 24 hours. He gave me wonderful and practical advise (DO NOT lay in bed all day, get at least 20 minutes of sunshine a day, force myself to go on 4-6 walks a day to get my lungs working and gave me a list of vitamins to take). I'm SO thankful for this clinic and staff. I really don't know where I'd be today if we had not found them. THANK YOU!

BEWARE! Do Not Bring Vulnerable Loved Ones Here! At best the doctor was incompetent. He made broad assumptions, disparaging remarks and insinuations, and appeared to be punishing the patient for being there. The unfortunate result is that the patient is too fearful to seek further medical attention at this time.
