DO NOT GO HERE!! Doctor told me my daughter's ears looked fine and seems like she just has a virus. I took her to Next Level Urgent care and she has a double ear infection and the flu. Now I know why there wasn't a wait to see the doctor here because she is awful and really rude.

Repeatly no treatment. I am not someone who writes reciews but I feel others should know about my experiences before deciding to go here themselves. Do not go here if you actually want a diagnosis and some sort of treatment. I have gone twice now over the past few months and have only been told to use OTC and rest. The first time I had a horrible cough that made my throat so sore from the frequency of coughing. I was told to just take cough syrup and drink plenty of water. The next week I went to the minute clinic and they prescribed me an inhaler that was able to resolve the problem in days. Then yesterday I went because I have been having back spasms where their is a sudden sharp pain that radiates. Granted it was not hurting bad when I got there but that was because I had just taken medication that I had been previously prescribed for it back in 2019. I was told to just take tylenol and have my neurologist do something, not because it was suspected to be neuro related- just because she is a doctor I have seen multiple times. Of course though my neurologist isn't open on Fridays (which is what yesterday was) though. I completely understand their hesitation to hand out muscle relaxers because stupid people have abused them but I have a newborn baby and I cannot take care of her in this condition. I am literally crying right now and every 2 hours for her feedings and diaper changes. I am having to sleep with my body a few inches from the side of the bed so I can fall off it to get up because it is agonizing to lift my body and I am resorting to giving her bottle in the bassinet because I can't pick her up. I now know I shouldn't but I have used urgent cares as a primary doctor for the convience of not having to take off work nor having to wait a few days to be seen
