The woman I spoke with was absolutely wonderful. She asked questions to really know the depth of what I had going on. I wish I could have them as primary doctors

I called because I thought I had an infection and wanted antibiotics. What I got was a cream I already have and that was all. I did all paperwork before I logged in the office staff still made me go through it all over again with them. They need to read the charts. The person who took the call told me it was a flare up gave me cream I already had for my hands and that was the end. They tell you you need to quit stressing but then nothing gets done in video call and you start stressing more because you don't feel good and it's blamed on stress

I booked a last minute telehealth appointment and am so glad I did! Dr. Saad and his staff were lovely - even while delivering news that was frustrating to hear! They got me sorted in the moment and going forward with a referral and an annual physical appt for just two days later! I would rec this doctor and his team.

Woke up this morning not feeling well. The nurse practitioners  were very nice. They assumed I had covid due to my symptoms but I took an at home test and it was negative. I appreciate them taking the time to explain things thoroughly and for prescribing me medication that will make me feel better.
