There was 3 hour wait to be called to the back office and another hour wait before the provider saw us. I am my mother's care giver and I had to argue with the medical assistant before I was allowed to go back with her. We would have received better care going to in the and and it's usually the other way around. Avoid this place like the plague, if you can.

I set up an appointment and I drove 40 min in pouring rain to get there and when I’m finally there I call and they tell me to come to the front and when i walk up the bitch in front tells me they’re done for the day and to come back tomorrow. WHY WOULD YOU LET ME SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IF I CANT EVEN COME IN. I would give 0 stars if I could.. what a joke! I scheduled my son’s appointment, drive 30 min to a hole in wall for them to tell me.. we can’t be seen/tested and they’re not supposed to be on SOLV.. total waste of time and gas.

So I booked appointment got there they said I did not have an appointment they don’t know who you are or why you schedulebappointments I’m reporting this bogus site for causing so much crap I’m subclass and booked appointment for this reason stop scheduling appointments fraudulently

I did a covid test more than a week ago & everytime I call to check results, everyone has a different answer. First it was 2-3 days, then 2-5 days, then it was 7 days. I can also check online when I service or visit is billed through my insurance so this is how I know they have yet to process any information or testing for me or my daughter. I have to go back to work and this is what’s stopping me. The girl who answers the phone always has an attitude, is super rude & unprofessional.

This place somehow found a way to take a 5 minute procedure and make it over 2 hours. All they had to do was swab my nostril for 15 seconds and they tried to make it an all day affair. They need to figure out how to hire people who have a sense of urgency.

Drove all the way from Vacaville to get Covid test and was told they stop testing at 3pm. Nothing found on the website saying this.

I made an appointment online for a COVID test, following the directions exactly which said to put in "Covid Test" as the description for visit, only to arrive and find out they aren't doing Cobid swabs on site and to come back in 3 days for a walk in. Enormous waste of time and my boss isn't going to be happy that I did not get tested as I had told him since I had been potentially exposed the virus recently.

Had appointment and received a text reminding me of appointment. Got there and they said they weren’t taking appointments. Said glitch in appointment app and couldn’t turn it off. Waited 2 1/2 hours.
