I called to book an appointment for a vasectomy. They set me up for a consultation. I took the day off work for this appointment. I called and spoke to someone the day before with questions, making it very clear that I was coming in for a pre-vasectomy consult. When I arrived, I spent 20 minutes filling out forms and answering questions, then was called in to the patients area. They took my vitals and then the nurse asked why I was in. I told her I was here for my vasectomy consultation and she was very confused, and told me that the doctor I was here to see did not do vasectomy. So I would have to make a new appointment and start the entire process over again. I decided that if I cannot trust them with something as simple as setting me up with the right doctor, there is no chance I'm trusting them with my reproductive parts. I left and will never be back. Can't recommend this place to anyone, no matter how desperate.
