Honestly this place needs to come into the 21st century. No online appointments or messaging. Medical staff came in talking about something totally unrelated to the reason I came in to find out they read the wrong chart. Overall I am going to find a new provider.

Reserved a spot on solv. Arrived early. Waited to 20min after time and told needed to have doc call me since I had headache and no pcr test that day. Told doc would call me in a few mins. Took copay then. I Waited half hour in my car outside and no call. Received an email saying scheduled for a zoom call at 3.30. Logged on at 3.30 and no show. Called samaritan center and apparently a different doc tried calling me to 2.45 and the zoom meeting was not valid. Said doc would call me back right away but received no call . Solv sent me a visit complete and report of my visit. Despite never even actually speaking to the doc. What a complete waste of the day. Now have to reschedule next week. As office is closed this Saturday.

Wait time as really bad even after a reservation

Had a 9:30AM appointment. Didn't see the Doctor until 11:30AM, not his fault, just bad booking. Someone should have come to the exam room and told me it was going to be 2 hours before I could see him. He was really backed up. So why have an appointment if it's not realistic?

Both the staff and the provider were efficient and friendly. It was the best experience I have had at an urgent care facility.

I made an appt and still had to wait over 2 hours. They called me, tried to give me a phone appt- even though I already had a phone appt and was told I had to come in. Not super friendly staff and facility did not even have paper towels- doctors and nurses did not wash hands only used sanitizer.

I went in with a bad cut to my knee I waited for hours for a x-ray after sitting with my leg elevated I never had stitches just liquid skin and a bandaid from the clinic to my car blood was already pooling up I retuned the next it closed early return the next day had it nearly looked at all not good I was shocked went I received my bill for $urgery!!! I will never go back! My second time here and my first was also a bad experience Please contact me for more information

Dr. Nagarajan was very friendly and asked great questions to try and help diagnose my son’s cough. She gave us a good plan to manage the cough and see if he will need to brought in for more tests, which hopefully won’t happen.
