What patients are saying...

waited 6 hours before being seen by a DO. I went in for a severe urinary burning problem but they acted like i was just there for a very minor issue. If i had such a minor issue why would I even go to "urgent care". By definition "urgent care " should mean urgency. I am retired and i have lived all over usa, i have never experienced such delays in any other urgent care place. "Emergency rooms" are known for taking a long time since near death patients come in through ambulances and are pushed ahead of people waiting. But this type of issue should not arise at an urgent care place.

The first time I visited, I waited 8 hours to be seen by a doctor. Then I was admitted for what they termed a life-threatening condition. I returned three weeks later with similar abdominal pain. After a chest x-ray, lab work, lung x-ray and a more than four-hour wait, I left. I wasn't sure when I would see the doctor. I just knew I couldn't sit in that waiting room any longer. I would not recommend this facility. The woman at admitting was rude or maybe just having another bad day. A person could die there before receiving care. If I had more room to write, I would describe the overt reverse racism by the rude woman at the check-in desk. Really, Scripps. I expected better.
