Unfriendly. The male charge nurse is extremely rude and instead of being apologetic he made excuses for the tardiness. Advised of a 11:00 pm shift change that occurred at 1:50am. The PA “Dillard” did not provide updates and the shift change Dr. Brooks was not seen for hours. Overall… the charge nurse is in the wrong field of work
