Got right in. Staff very friendly, courteous and efficient. Got results quit and on our way. Had a diagnosis and plan of attack quickly.

I had severe pain from sciatica in my hip running down my leg to my ankle. I was hurting so bad trying to walk. Everyone at the clinic were so kind. I was able to get a shot to to help the pain. I would recommend this clinic to everyone that needs to see a doctor quickly.

I came in to get a Covid diagnosis confirmed. The nurse practitioner was very helpful and gave me information I didn’t know which has been helpful in managing my symptoms. I appreciated their kindness and concern in their care for me.

Absolutely amazing experience today! My daughter woke up with fever this morning. I got online picked out an appointment time. The office assistant who greeted us was so friendly and pleasant. Next, the wait time was about 6 super short minutes and we were back. The nurse was so  nice and made my daughter and I feel so comfortable. A quick flu swab and in came in Dr, Vanpelt. Sadly, my daughter was flu positive but he gave us all the meds we needed and explained how they would help her improve over the next few days. We will definitely be back. Thank you all for an amazing experience!!

Check-in, wait time and care was excellent! I will always visit this center when I need urgent care. The provider was knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. I recommend the provider and staff.

Relatively quick for a walk-in clinic. Easy to get signed up and staff was very helpful. Once called back, the technician asked thorough question to determine which test would be needed. Quickly came back with results and prescribed medications along with helpful instructions on their purpose and use.

The team at Baptist Urgent Care in Conway, AR did a great job of taking care of my daughter. The nurse practitioner dislodged earring backs from both of her ears without my daughter feeling much pain. I will definitely be returning if we need any future urgent care services.

Walked in was greeted nicely within 5 minutes called back nice young lady triage me went in room she asked me what’s going today explained everything Np came in ask just a couple more questions told me what he was going to send in everyone was so nice Baptist Urgent Care Conway North thank you.

I had sinus trouble and was able to call and they said yes come on in and do some paperwork which happened to be on a tablet digital so that was easy, and then I got in and did my appointment and the doctor was able to diagnose my problem,  with ease since I told him I just switched to a nasal cushion on my CPAP machine and that was causing a problem, drying out my sinuses because I wasn’t using Water in my reservoir, so along with antibiotics and a steroid prescription, it seems to be helping solve the problem. Good job Baptist urgent care.
