Decided to change PCP for location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bedside manner was great!

Significant other talked to urgent care by phone and they were waiting us when we got there. The ambulance arrived shortly and took me to Baptist Er after starting an IV.

Rebecca Brown is the best.. Straight to the point. Had already checked my chart new what my problem was when she came in.. In and out in a timely manner. Thank you Rebecca for taking great care of me..

My appointment was at 7:20 I got called to the back at 7:30 I was the first one there but last to be seen No one came in the room til 8:20 to draw my blood then they couldn't get it so I got to go back

I made the appointment on the way to the clinic. They were ready for me when got there. I absolutely loved the doctor’s bedside manner. The staff was friendly as well as professional. I highly recommend

Having neck and shoulder pain for some time, worse since moving and lifting things, overworking muscles. Walk-in , Andrea got me checked in and got information updated in my chart, was very efficient, friendly,fast,  and is a perfect wonderful representative as the first face of the clinic.Her smile  is always a welcome sight. Makayla triaged me in a zip, asked relevant questions about my issues. She has a professional attitude and is friendly sweet and kind. I felt very relaxed. Jamie the nurse drew blood and gave shots, made friendly conversation that took my mind off the shots and I didn’t know she had already given them, she is excellent at her job, fast, efficient and goes above and beyond to help her patients in any way needed. She has a calming presence about her. Rebecca , my provider, did a thorough examination, asked pertinent questions and came up with a plan quickly. She ordered shots and did an injection in the muscle that was having contractions. It felt some better almost immediately. She is so kind , sweet, knowledgeable, professional and I have complete confidence in her care. She is one of the best providers I have had the pleasure of being a patient of. Her bedside manner is just the best!!!!! The whole experience was wonderful. This team functions like a well oiled machine!!!!! I highly recommend anyone to their care!!!!!

I was able to walk into the clinic and check in and fill out my paperwork and I was called back within a five minute wait. I was in and out in about 30 minutes total. The longest was waiting on my test to come back to see what I had. The nurse practitioner did a great job.

We were visiting from out of town and came in without an appointment after a fall caused a skin injury to my leg. After giving some preliminary information we were seen within 10 minutes. After taking my vitals, my wound was assessed, materials gathered, and treatment was completed. Then a dressing was applied and we were given medication and dressing materials needed for a change of the dressing later in the week. Everyone we contacted was knowledgeable, caring, professional and treated us like family. We would recommend this facility to anyone who requires urgent care. Thank you all for taking such good care of us!

Everyone was polite and nice during my visit. I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere as I am visiting Arkansas from out of state. The 3 ladies that helped me today are awesome.
