Waited over an hour with strep throat, knew it was strep. (It was so swollen I could barely breathe) they told me I was negative and nurse told me it was tonsillitis… I don’t even have tonsils! NP said it was sinusitis, there no way. I feel like I’m on my death bed. I asked for a doctors note for today and tomorrow and they gave me one for just today. Oh and they called it into the wrong pharmacy over an hour away despite me updating it during registration and the clerk asking me up front. Won’t be back.

Overall I would say 5/5. They were busy so I understand the wait time. It’s just when you’re sick you are ready to get back home in your comfort space.

Scheduling was very easy check-in was very easy the staff were very friendly and were always smiling and I love the care I felt like they cared!! a lot of doctors that you go to make you feel like you’re freaking out over your health, but these ladies made me feel very comfortable while they were checking me out and running test and the lady that took my blood only poked me one time and got it right The last place that I went to poked me like six times and couldn’t even draw blood. I definitely recommend this doctor to everyone.
