Lanesha (hope I spelt her name correctly) was kind, informative, confident and professional. She was able to get me scheduled in the same day. She made me feel safe and comfortable. Would be nice if the staff didn’t act like they were running intake for the local prison. Also, talking shit about someone when they can clearly hear you is high school bullshit and unprofessional. Be adults.

I called to see if they could do the testing I needed. The person didn’t know for sure so she checked with her coworker and confirmed that they could. When I arrived I was greeted nicely. I told them that I had called ahead and they were on top of it. I was given my order copy of my order and my results before I left. I waited leas than 2 minutes after finishing my paperwork. This was an A+ experience. I will definitely be back for future needs. Thank you!!!!
