I visited the facility for a school-mandated drug screening. Although my wait time was only five minutes, the receptionist at the counter was curt and unfriendly. He called my name and stood at the window, and when I was confused about what to do, he rudely told me to open the door as if I should have known. In my previous experiences at clinical sites, the staff members have always opened the door and provided me with clear instructions. While I appreciate that the staff member was wearing gloves as a safety precaution, I was concerned when he continued to wear the same gloves after handling my sample to retrieve my personal items from the locked box. I understand that these are items that staff may not want to touch due to the potential for contamination, but the staff member could have either changed his gloves or asked me to retrieve my items myself.

The young man at the reception desk had earbuds in and was watching a sports game on his phone and had to be asked three times for his attention. The woman that took my blood was an absolute professional, kind, and was very Compassionate.

Great experience. Phlebotomist was very professional too

Nathaniel at the front desk is one of the friendliest people I’ve met and his main concern is always making sure you get taken care of when you get there and complete what  it is you need to do with as much ease as possible.

Staff is very nice and qualified. Would definitely recommend coming here.
