Waited 1.5 hours before being taken to a room, then another hour in the room before being seen. Additionally, as this is an urgent care, I like to wear a face mask. When the nurse practitioner finally came in, she said “oh you can remove the mask. It’s gone now” insinuating covid doesn’t exist anymore. For a medical professional to say that to a patient really makes me question her professionalism. That was very inappropriate to say, especially coming from a medical professional.

Well I did an online check-in for 11am, but after waiting 2.5hrs I asked how much longer, just to find out I wasn't on the list or in the line up anywhere to be called. The receptionist checked that I was all checked in and the paperwork was done when I got there at 10:45 so. Not sure what happened. They got me in and out quickly once they realized. But unfortunately I had to wait a lot longer than I should have.
