No one ever connected to my virtual appointment. I called to make sure my insurance was accepted and they said they would send me a message before my appointment to ensure if my insurance would cover. Did not get any updates.

No one connected :( I was waiting for 20+ minutes. There usually is a text that lets you join the appt but it never came and I just waited in the app. However no one joined the call.

I had a wait time of a little over 2 hours in their virtual waiting room; I would have liked a message or call notifying me of this. Other than that, the staff was very friendly!

Easy scheduling and checkin process. Love that they offer telemedicine because its hard for my child to physically wait in a clinic due to being on the spectrum. Prescription was ready for pickup at our local pharmacy within minutes :)

All the staff is friendly and makes me feel very comfortable and taken care of whenever I come in which has been quite often this past year! My Doctor Gabrielle Bautista has been such a blessing to me during a rough season! She always is so personable and kind her energy and bedside manner is so genuine and I appreciate her so much!!!

Scheduling was easy check in was easy staff was very professional on pre call. I have a sinus infection. Been pretty sick since Thursday. Along w/ other symptoms, Last nite swelling started at bridge of nose. The  PA was very kind knowledgable and really listened. thank you. Highly recommend.

The wait time was extremely long  I waited in the waiting room for over an hour and a half.  I feel that the wait time was inconsiderate of the patient. When I called the facility the front desk told me the provider was seeing other patients in person. As I can understand that; I had an appointment and an hour in a half in a waiting room online while you’re sick was not ideal.

The time was long to wait for an appointment also they didn’t Called me before appointment to ask for insurance verification and questions

I had a telehealth call. I get sinus infections at least 2 to 3 times a year. I scheduled my call to come in after I was done at my 🩷 dr. We were on the road on our way home when the call came in. Got disconnected two times and then my camera would not focus on me just on the road. The dr was so nice listened to my allergy symptoms, and was thorough w/ her ?’s. Happy to report after 4 doses of antibiotics I am starting to feel better. I love that you have tele health as it took everything out of me to go for my f/u w/my ❤️ dr. To check on my leg from the vein ablation procedure. Highly recommend!!!!!!! .

I am COVID-19 positive, sick and nervous. Doctor and the nurse very nice. I feel more comfortable . Thank you for your service!
