My grandson woke up with a sore throat fever head achea cough and chest pains from his cough.

The wait time is terrible. Be considerate of your patients over the phone.

I scheduled online,the 1st appt was gone by the time I finished so I took the next available which is ok. I signed on the app 5mins before the appt then waited 1.5hrs, no text, email, or response. I called the clinic & was told to stay on the app, they were busy & someone will come shortly. 4hrs later I called again, I was asked a few questions then a PA came on the screen. The actual appt was ok but he prescribed ibuprofen after I told him I can't take it due to diabetes. I asked for a note for work, it was emailed to me but no signature. I called, left a message & emailed but no response. Today I called the clinic & they emailed me the note with an illegible signature & no printed name of the PA. I'm a PT so I know proper medical documentation & signature requirements. My work will not pay me with out this note so I am stressed waiting to hear back & didn't get to rest on Tuesday having to stay on the app for 6hrs. This is unacceptable.

Friendly staff always. It’s my family’s go to urgent care. Great bedside manners.

I repeat I did not see a doctor I was waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes no one answered my video call ! I’ll be reaching out to my insurance to see if I got billed for a doctor I did not se !

It took the doctor 1 hour to see me and that’s after call after calls I made to get them online after at first waiting 30 minutes.   Wierd?

Doctor needs to give the clear directions of medicine prescribed. I couldn’t get my prescription for my daughter because there were no directions on the medicine

No one ever connected to my virtual appointment. I called to make sure my insurance was accepted and they said they would send me a message before my appointment to ensure if my insurance would cover. Did not get any updates.

No one connected :( I was waiting for 20+ minutes. There usually is a text that lets you join the appt but it never came and I just waited in the app. However no one joined the call.

I had a wait time of a little over 2 hours in their virtual waiting room; I would have liked a message or call notifying me of this. Other than that, the staff was very friendly!
