Scheduling was easy check in was easy staff was very professional on pre call. I have a sinus infection. Been pretty sick since Thursday. Along w/ other symptoms, Last nite swelling started at bridge of nose. The  PA was very kind knowledgable and really listened. thank you. Highly recommend.

The wait time was extremely long  I waited in the waiting room for over an hour and a half.  I feel that the wait time was inconsiderate of the patient. When I called the facility the front desk told me the provider was seeing other patients in person. As I can understand that; I had an appointment and an hour in a half in a waiting room online while you’re sick was not ideal.

The time was long to wait for an appointment also they didn’t Called me before appointment to ask for insurance verification and questions

I had a telehealth call. I get sinus infections at least 2 to 3 times a year. I scheduled my call to come in after I was done at my 🩷 dr. We were on the road on our way home when the call came in. Got disconnected two times and then my camera would not focus on me just on the road. The dr was so nice listened to my allergy symptoms, and was thorough w/ her ?’s. Happy to report after 4 doses of antibiotics I am starting to feel better. I love that you have tele health as it took everything out of me to go for my f/u w/my ❤️ dr. To check on my leg from the vein ablation procedure. Highly recommend!!!!!!! .

The appointment was 1 hour after my scheduled time. The provider only spoke to me for 1 min and 30 seconds. Feels like he did not take enough time to listen to my needs.

Had a severe allergic reaction to new eye drops for my dry wyes. Broke out in hives welts and a rash. The Dr. (PA) was so kind and knowledgable. She put my fears at ease. Very professional. Yes re commend her 1000%. Staff also is kind.

I am officially positive COVID, and so the Cinic was able to help me book a virtual appointment with a provider to take a look at me and prescribe me some medication. Very helpful and super informative, and quick! Thank you so much again for all your help!
