Was scheduled for a drive-thru covid test at 14 E Casino Road on Friday, 2/12/21 at 12:05 p.m. through Solv website. Got there, nobody was there, and was told by another business that this address has not been used for drive-thru testing for quite a while. Called the number listed on my appointment confirmation, reached the Snohomish Health District and was told this is not one of their locations. Would give them zero stars if I could.
