I have had a great experience with solar urgent care. They have been prompt in seeing me- I have not waited long to hacve the provider see me. They have handled my insurance authorizations and verification of appointments with other providers in a prompt and professional manner. I was seen by Parvaneth Frozbakht, and she has addressed my concerns and issues on a prompt and professional manner. She heard what my concerns were and addressed each issue, and was able to to it in a timely manner so I was not in the office for hours! I would recommend seeing her as she is very knowledgeable and proficient.

Don't waste your time and money here. Dr. Jean Allen used the phrases "I guess," "I don't know," "hmmm, I think," throughout my visit. The nurse placed me in a room with transparent blinds. The windows were not completely covered by curtains and i was instructed to undress in this room, which was a waste of time because Dr. Jean Allen carelessly "examined" my lesions. I asked questions as she responded in a vague, uncertain and dismissive manner. She rushed through it and the center was completely empty the entire time I was there. She carelessly opened the door of the room wide open with my back exposed from what they made me change into and there was a male nurse outside the room. Worst experience ever. I still had questions for her after she dismissed me and she came out to answer those questions in the lobby. A CLEAR VIOLATION OF HIPPA.
