I have had many accidents in my life. Been to the ER more than a dozen times for a variety of mishaps, mistakes, and missteps that required medical care and stitches. Never have I experienced the care and kindness I have ever received from any medical care facility as I did by going to South Bay Urgent Care. I hate going to hospitals and try to avoid going at all cost. Unfortunately I sliced one of my fingers half way through and needed stitches. I feel fortunate and lucky enough to have had Isaac Ortega-Endahl, PA-C sew my finger back together. The man has amazing skill sets and should be a surgeon. Thank you Dr. Issac. I truly appreciate your kindness. I didn't realize that I got there close to their closing time and feel grateful to your entire staff that took care of me that night. Kindness is a rare thing in the world today. I'm so thankful that it exists in your staff at South Bay Urgent Care. Truly amazing people.

We were in San Diego Memorial weekend 2023. Dr. Dickson expertly diagnosed my wife's bladder infection which caused her great discomfort. We picked up his prescription at the nearby CVS. Saved our weekend! Highly recommend. Thanks.

These Drs are awesome and they have a wonderful NP I want to give a shout out I don’t remember her name but she is a great fit for this urgent care and is so professional and easy approachable. She has a very calming presence about her energy and represents the Doctors very well in my opinion and I hope she stays apart of the fantastic team that has been put together to serve the community with the best of care and super fast and the prices if you don’t have insurance is very affordable..

I have been here a couple of times for myself or to bring someone and they have been consistent patient, they listen and make sure the patients gets medically the right quality one on one care that isn’t rushed.. Great Team work!!
