Quick and friendly. Makes me never want to go to my regular doctor again. Here I was seen on video right away. The whole experience was maybe 15 minutes. Compared to going to my reg doctor an it taking 1-2hours.

I've been left with primary care since prudent medical bought another practice with 12,000 new customers and now can't get any thing right. So I made an appointment with this place to get my meds refilled and he was only willing to refill 2 of them. He told me that he would authorize enough for 90 days. Well one of them he wrote out for 30 days and the other one for only 20 days so I'm going to ask my insurance to only pay 20 percent because that's about what he authorized and no I wouldn't recommend him zero stars

The experience was excellent. Our immediate needs were addressed and we have appointments for the necessary physical visits next week. Overall our experience was excellent.
