Front desk checkin process is painfully slow and they seem confused with their own checkin process and they are very loud when asking for and repeating patient personal information. The whole lobby can hear my personal information. Excessive wait times when calling into the front desk. High turnover within the office and checkin area. Billing issues with improper coding. Once you get past the front desk, The doctors and PA’s are really good.

This facility has made getting the care I need quick and easy. I use their teledoc process almost every time. They are super friendly and always able to answer my questions. I was recommended by another friend and both of our experiences have been very similar. If you go in there is typically little to no wait. Via Teledoc I'm seen right at my appointment time. Medications are prescribed and sent electronically to my pharmacy. couldn't have asked for a better treatment or ease of going to see a doctor.

I would highly recommend to avoid this place at all cost. You can see that I almost never ever leave a bad review. Long story short, I went in for a simple yearly check up and they told me that they give EKG's as part of the physical. Then they tried to tell me I was having a heart attack which was 100% wrong. After a weekend of major stress thinking I just had a heart attack, they then send me a bill for the EKG that I didn't ask for. This Doctors office has no regards for patient care. When I called and made an attempt to get this resolved, the girls was one of the most rudest person I have ever spoken to.

My physical was scheduled for 5:30 I walked in at 5:40 my fault I know but 10 minutes late and you turn away your client?Very Very disappointed 😔 Not to mention I could hear the staff talk about it from the hallway ?Made me feel uncomfortable .

was a walk-in, waited 1 hr to be seen, noticed several people who came in after me were seen before me, asked the front desk staff why, she said that the other people were there for physicals so she let them cut in front of me. i guess they see my issues as less important than physicals. extremely disappointed (don't get me wrong, Dr. Chang is awesome, no question about it. its the staff at the front desk that needs improvement.)
