I received blood work results this morning. Knew I needed to go over my numbers with my PCP Dr. Shannon O'Connor. Went on the app, got really lucky and scheduled same day, afternoon virtual appointment. YIPPIE. I love when technology and appointments work. Dr. O'Connor is great. I always feel cared for. She is very efficient and considerate regarding referrals, diagnosis, treatments and prescriptions. I'm beyond grateful for her care.

I have been coming to South Coast Med Group for 4 years now and the care I receive is consistently above-the-bar. They are empathetic, kind, listen fully, and it is easy to make a same-day or urgent care appointment. Today was my first online booking and receiving virtual care and 10/10 would recommend. I didn't have to infect others or spend the little energy I have getting ready and physically going to the Dr's office. I waited in the virtual waiting room for 5 mins and saw a wonderful physician.
