🚩🚩🚩Staff doesn't care and just pushes you out the door. Went for stomach pain I was having for 6 days (finally got bad enough to go get looked at seeing how I could see primary for another week) they told me the urine test they did came back negative but "everyone reads it diffrently" and "contained traces of blood" their medical advice was "if it gets worse come back and get checked again." Save yourself the time and waste of money and go somewhere else!

They should know that a cat scan does not show a Tia but they sent me to south county hospital and they did not know I was coming they told they would call ahead then after waiting ther 4 hours had it done then doctor told me it does not show tia

This was the fastest I’ve ever been taken care of and treated at an urgent care. Came in for stomach issues, within two hours I had been seen, had some testing done, and was hooked up to IV. This would’ve taken over 5 hours had I gone anywhere else, compliments to the Nurse who did my IV (I had never gotten one before) she had an amazing personality and made everything seamless and comfortable

They did not do offer the PCR COVID-19 test, only the rapid one, which is insufficient to return to school. A waste of money and time!!!

Excellent care from start to finish! The receptionist was pleasant, thorough and efficient. My wait time was one minute. The nurses and NP were wonderful. I used this facility as I was unable to make the trip to see my regular PCP. My issue, I felt, would be fine for a walk-in facility. The entire experience was very good and I am highly satisfied with the level of care and professionalism of the staff I encountered.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero or negative stars, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They misdiagnosed my son then refused to own up to their mistake. Dr Robert Gianfrocco barely examined my son then blew off his symptoms as anxiety and sent him to counseling. Fortunately, after a comprehensive exam the next day by a competent health practitioner, my son was properly diagnosed with a severe multi-sinus & double ear infection. Once he began appropriate treatment, his symptoms started to improve and thankfully he is now almost fully recovered. I wouldn't go into South County Health Express Care again if it were the last place on earth.
