Called for Covid video appointment. Prescription sent to wrong drug store; still waiting for it to be resent

Woke up this morning with a cold sore starting to form and was able to get into a video visit within 30 minutes. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well as the PA Hoodo! I will definitely come back.

I had to wait over 40 min which then I decided to cancel my appointment after waiting that long for a video visit

When I called the office to schedule a virtual appointment the receptionist was dismissive and, I felt, rude. I tried to tell her I had a problem checking in on line and instead of asking me what the problem was or trying to make the appointment for me, she stated very curtly that I could check in online or come to the office. I am pretty much a shut in and that is why I value this service. So I tried again and was able to do it. There are other doctors at the office I prefer, but the doctor I had was fine. I would recommend this provider to others needing a virtual visit.

Technical difficulties caused longer wait time which I feel could not be helped by the doctor or staff. Other factors of call were excellent.

I’ve had what I thought was a cold for 2 weeks. Logged in, scheduled a visit and the provider knew exactly what to do. I didn’t wait long and the visit was quick but everything was addressed in full. Great service!

Ran out of important medication and I don't currently have a PCP. Visit was easy to book and attend. Staff from receptionist to the doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this office and provider. Thank you.
