It's always great to see Cinderella A. Miller-Wilkins, PA. She's very attentive and helpful always genuinely listening to what you have to say and offering solutions and testing. I recommend this facility and her to all my family. She's helped me on numerous occasions. I was able to book an appointment within 15 minutes same day. I just needed some medication for Flu A that I tested positive for at home. She took care of it right away and made sure all my symptoms were being handled.

Woke up this morning with a cold sore starting to form and was able to get into a video visit within 30 minutes. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well as the PA Hoodo! I will definitely come back.

I had to wait over 40 min which then I decided to cancel my appointment after waiting that long for a video visit

When I called the office to schedule a virtual appointment the receptionist was dismissive and, I felt, rude. I tried to tell her I had a problem checking in on line and instead of asking me what the problem was or trying to make the appointment for me, she stated very curtly that I could check in online or come to the office. I am pretty much a shut in and that is why I value this service. So I tried again and was able to do it. There are other doctors at the office I prefer, but the doctor I had was fine. I would recommend this provider to others needing a virtual visit.
