I went to urgent care because I've been suffering on lower backpain for a long time. I supposed to see my primary doctor in High Desert but then she wasn't available so they have to reschedule me. So instead they told me to get an appointment to go to urgent care. Its supposed to be in High Desert but then since I live near South Valley Urgent Care, I made an appointment to them. They checked me in, check my bp, weight etc. And then they put me in room wait there to see the doctor. This is the worst part, Dr. Wind never ever examined me. She just told me she already saw my records and told me right away I have to go to USC to get MRI over there. And told me all the things that she can said to get my ct scan record and health record to where I went in emergency, but she never examine me. I also told her that I need a doctors note for my work, instead she offer me a 1 day because she seen me. I told her how will I be able to go to work suffering on my backpain, I can't even stand for a long time. She then told me, I will send you in an ambulance to Olive View. Which her job is suppose to examine me and see what she can do but she's very rude and very unproffessional.

DMV Level waiting times. Clear your whole day if you want to come here. Might want to bring the LOTR trilogy and a tent as well. I only saw 4 total people in the waiting room and still had to wait four hours. Completely ridiculous...

The worst clinic in existence; save your time and go to a clinic that actually cares for their patients. Dr. Aravagiri shouldn’t even be able to call herself a doctor. My mom had Covid-19 on the 19th of November and tested negative on the 3rd of December. She has still been feeling very fatigued and when she went to work on the 14th of December, she couldn’t finish a full day of work and a supervisor of the company had to take her home because she was unable to drive or even carry her belongings. My mom has constantly been contacting the clinic so Dr. Aravagiri would see what’s wrong with her but will only take phone calls and refuses to see her in person. She said that even though my mom tested negative, she might still have it in her system and that’s why she won’t see her. That she can’t give my mother disability or any kind of doctor note for her job. That if she can’t work that she should file for unemployment. A person that has a job can’t file for unemployment; you need to be let go for that. And if my mom does still have COVID-19 in her system even after testing negative and is refused to be seen because of it, shouldn’t that also mean she should stay home and not pass the COVID-19 to her coworkers? Clearly Dr. Aravagiri is more concerned about her health and safety over others. I didn’t know doctors so unprofessional and selfish existed, I’m so appalled that this situation even had to happen. She only conceded to take blood samples from my mom after she threatened to sue. It’s not shocking to find out this clinic has one star after this experience and I hope she gets fired soon. The fact that my mother’s job is a lot more understanding than a doctor about my mother’s situation is disappointing. Our community deserves doctors that care and are compassionate towards their patients.

It’s COVID so it’s more hectic. I went in cause I have serious respiratory problems. I’ve had bronchitis before. Which I had a feeling that’s what it was. A cough and sore throat lasted a month. I wanted to rule out COVID to be sure. But I mainly wanted to find out what was actually wrong. A staff person tested me for COVID. Nobody informed her that I specifically was there cause of a terrible cough. And needed more help. I practically had to beg to see the doctor. She took forever to come. I was OBVIOUSLY interrupting her day. She didn’t even bother to check what was really wrong. She just used her stethoscope. And said “Oh it’s nothing. Go buy cough syrup.” How the hell do you know?! When you didn’t do anything?! She chose to judge me instead because I smoke and embarrass me. She just didn’t take me seriously and refused to help me. I WANT TO SEE THAT WOMAN FIRED!!! I went to get a second opinion. He gave me X-ray. And actually took me seriously and was not rude to me. OH AND GUESS WHAT?! DING DING DING! I WAS RIGHT! I have bronchitis! Bronchitis can lead to phenomena if left untreated. And that can kill you. That woman should not have a medical license if she is going to not just be rude to her patients but refuse to help them!!! Especially during a pandemic!!! We need doctors in our hospitals who will help people in good faith and who actually care!

I went to Urgen Care and I'm so upset because the doctor didn't want to see me because it was too late. I went in at 10p.m. and they close at 12a.m. They just said go to another Urgent Care. I never ever had gone through this experience in other clinics. I can't believe they just rejected me. I'm so changing clinic this is ridiculous.
