The absolute worst urgent care in existence this is the worst place you could ever go to, travel somewhere else it’ll be worth it. Let all your friends and family know to stay away. The staff is disrespectful, uneducated, rude & just overall pathetic. They could care less about their patients. All the nurses do is sit around and gossip. You’ll wait hours in the waiting room no matter what situation you may be dealing with they just simply do not care. The lady that sits in the front to take temps was too busy talking to a friend to take the next persons temp who was clearly in pain these people are just disgusting human beings that shouldn’t be in this type of profession.

Terrible. Went in with sinus infection. Instead of treating me for the sinus issue she did a covid test which was negative and sent me on my way.

I have been to urgent Care twice, two years apart, for very different reasons. Both times I was seen quickly and treated professionally. The first time I was sent to St. Luke's, where the ER care was also excellent--the second time, the physician in charge definitely saved my life.

This urgent care is awful. The doctors dont care about the patients, they get you in and push you out.. went there to be seen and the pregnant doctor couldn't be bothered with me, gave me no help or answers and basically pushed me out the door and told me to go see my PCP.. the staff is nice but the the doctors and N.P's are rude and make you feel like your a burden and not a patient.. very unhappy about my visit and i will filing a complaint and possibly legal action.. if you're in the healthcare industry you should be compassionate and understanding not rude and pushy.. this is bullshit and i will do my best to let people know about the lack of professionalism and also will file a complaint with the Bureau of Better Business..no matter if your pregnant or if you're having a bad day you need to treat your parents and not push them out the door and tell them to yake your problema to your pcp.

AVOID! Poorly trained staff, no managerial oversight during their evening hours and no accountability. Skip this place and go to a hospital. AVOID!

I have had the most horrible experience with radiology...I went there on May 22, 2019, for an x-ray. I signed a release form for my CD and Report...I called yesterday, May 28, 2019, and I was treated as though I was a terrorist.. I asked for my report and that I have been waiting for it online cause that is where it is sent. I asked why do I have My Chart if your telling me you cannot send me my report of their findingings. They told me I was not getting it, then they told their doctor did not request it, I said I know that my doctor did and then they told me that they don't accept faxed scripts but they accepted it that day I went and got the x-ray. I spoke to 4 people and got the shaft. The last one was, Tom who would not listen to what I had to say, he said I was belligerent and that he was calling the police.. Can you imagine that, calling the police because I told him he was not listening to me asking why I had to go there when I already signed for it. He told me I had to come in for the CD which I told him 4 times I already had the CD I wanted the report and he hung up on me. Very rude. If I was paying for this x-ray out of my own pocket, I would take them to court for the way they treated me and I would not have paid. I would start a lawsuit. I have gone there for 4 years and always got a report...I will never step foot in this urgent care again...They don't care about the patients at all, it is all about the $... Don't go there, go somewhere else.

The waiting time is unreal. I'm in a room waiting for someone for almost half hour or longer. I'll never come here again.

Very negative experience here. My MD office was closed and I have been sick for 7 days. Was talked at by the provider and she could have cared less about my concerns. Awful experience. I have written a complaint to Southcoast Let’s see if I get a response.
