I have spent too much time in RMC between the hospital and the ER due to family illness. Often, we are there for 6-8 hours or weeks. Tonight, my MIL needed attention, and we came straight to the immediate care at 6:45 pm and were out by 8 pm. The staff was attentive, helpful, considerate, and kind. This is a much needed facility for the area. Thank you all for your time and concern for my family.

Everything was quick from scheduling to triage, being seen and diagnosed. Meds were given and we were in and out in less than 2 hours.  The staff was so kind, attentive and knowledgeable.  Recommend this location if needing urgent care.

We woke up this morning with a sick kiddo and scheduled an appointment for 10am before they even opened. We were in and out within a little over an hour - that’s with swabs being performed/ran. They gave our son some zofran & a popsicle. Everyone was nice and everything was explained well.
