Definitely recommend!  Didn’t have to go to ER, where chances are pretty good you’ll pick up a bug. Got an XRay and good care from everyone there!  So glad to have them in the area!

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and headed over to what I thought was still American Family Care, only to see that it under new ownership so I had high expectations. Check in was pretty standard but wait time was awful. I went in and was checked in within 15 mins. I didn’t get pulled back until an hour later. Waited another 50 mins to be seen. I walked in at 11:30 and was on the road about 2:00. I did get treated and the staff were nice but the name is Immediate care and the care was very much delayed. I don’t think I will be going back.

Everything was great. Your nurse practitioner is the bomb!!

I was at the office approximately 45 minutes before I was taken back,another45 minutes before I saw a nurse, once she spent about 10 minutes with me I waited another 40 minutes on 2 shots and a breathing treatment. The nurse out side the room to busy with the receptionist to do her job.There was 1onther person there when I got there.

I tried to schedule on line and the system had issued. So I ended up having to wait when I got to the office. It took an hour to get in the back with only one other patient in the office. And than based on my symptoms alone ran an automatic test. I feel that had the Dr talkes to me it would not have been neccessary so anoth 45 minutes wasted. It should not take ovwr two hours for a sinus infection.

Had pain, they took are of me, was in there for a good 20 minutes, and out the door

The front desk staff need customer service training. That’s not knowing how to speak to customers and treat them. The nurse practitioner was wonderful. Very pleasant. A wonderful experience with her. Checking in  staff need training because she represent your company and her attitude is unprofessional.

The entire was amazing and NP is heaven sent. She was amazing!! This will be my go to place as long as she is there!!

I do not think that the doctor really listen to my problems she just looked at the last medicine that I was giving previously and rewrote the same prescription

Dropped in around lunch time and it was a very quick visit. Received 2 shots and 3 prescriptions. Staff was incredibly friendly and made the process very easy. Will definitely be back.
