Got in and out pretty quickly.  Really liked Dr. Lombardo, very nice and efficient.

Registering. Issue:  when asking was told to enter phone number then was told my number was not in system.  I was never told I needed to register as new patient.  Returned next day and told the employee  of my experience  the previous days experience. Point:  when my phone number was not in system shouldn’t the next statement have been, we need to get you registered as new patient?

Very nice Dr and staff did take a little while to be seen considering I had appointment at 4 and didn’t get out till 5:20 we did have test run for flu but he took care of me and my little girl.

Everything was great in regard to treatment and great staff. However, when you call for an appointment, refills or any other question a person who is at a call center answers the telephone and then calls the particular location where you want to make an appointment.  My experience has been that no one answers and you can leave a voicemail.  However no one returns your call. The same thing happens when my pharmacist calls to get a new prescription.  Your only option then is to drive to the location to make appointments and get prescriptions. The problem is not the staff. Instead they need to get another phone service that does what it is required to do.

Started yesterday with scratchy throat. Later in the day had a lot of sinus drainage. Went in today and had very little wait time . Staff was very friendly. In and out pretty quick.

I had to wait 2 hours after signing in. While other people came in behind me were seen first. They were in and out while I was placed in a room to hear  all these people come in and after me was taken care of. While I sat in that stupid room. Even after all the other people left the building I still sat inside that room for that five minutes before the Female Dr. came into the room.  I must have not been as important as the others that came on to the office. Shame on this whole experience with this office today. I am a human also. Don’t put someone in a room and leave them in the room for almost two hours. This place sucked today

The staff was wonderful. They were kind and very polite also professional. My son became sick unexpectedly that day, and they took us in at the last minute while in the area, and did it gracefully while most would have turned us away. That says everything.

Entire staff is always friendly and helpful! They always answer any questions I have.

Walked in this morning without an appointment and went right in and got seen within 30 minutes. The staff is very professional as well.

My son woke up early on a Saturday morning with a fever and cough while we were in town visiting family. I found this place on Google and checked in online for when they opened. Process was smooth, and we got in when we got there. All the staff were friendly and i felt like we got great care. Definitely a great experience.
