CHK IN WAS FAST EVERYONE WAS SO NICE IV BEEN SICK FOR OVER A WEEK LOVE THE CARE I GET QHEN I COME HERE GOD BLESS

Dr was extremely nice explained my problem with earache and sinuses checked me out and diagnosed the problem very quickly order shots and sent meds in.Overall a pleasant experience.

Have been through a health/medical storm in the last 6 months and after seeing approximately 6 physicians from Tampa to Talladega, winding up bouncing through as many as 5 or more prescriptions ( with complications)  when previously I was taking NONE, with the last doctor telling me I needed to see my Primary Care Physician to be sure the one he prescribed was “appropriate” (!), I decided I needed my Annual Wellness Check.  I walked in, no appointment. Not my first visit. 3 patients ahead of me, so I started check-in on my phone. Staff was friendly, kind, thorough, understanding, and patient, listening to all the details sympathetically.  I have no doubt, Blood work will tell the whole story and give us all the info they need to put me back in good health again. I finished up my check-in as I was leaving, no problem. :) The new young doctor was amazing. I highly recommend Southern Urgent Care staff and service. You’ll definitely get the care you need and are looking for here.

Came in for blood work and prescription refill. Was told I need medication for something else and both would be called in. The original medicine I need was not called in went back and talked to receptionist she called doctor and they talked and was told it would be called in. It was not. I don’t think the doctor wanted to be there and did not explain anything to me. Not happy with service I got from her.  Don’t know if I will be back to this place.

My right ear was hurting bad.I went in and everyone was nice and the nurse practitioner was very nice and helped me with my meds. Thank you.

Was able to be seen same day. New electronic sign in took some time to fill out for the first time, but wasn't hard. No issues there. Staff is always nice. Dr. Missy Coefield Capps is always thorough, very personable and knowledgeable. Got shots and prescription for sinus infection. I do recommend this clinic to others.

Passed out and hit a rock statue in my foyer They were awesome from front desk to back  Especially Missy the NP Did great got 7 staples and highly recommended a CT for brain bleed

I’ve been sick for a few days, decided to run up to the clinic, I was in and out in less than an hour. Friendly staff, easy check in, and prompt service. Mike Bailey is always top tier with evaluating symptoms, he listens, is very knowledgeable, and caring. So fortunate to have this facility so close to home.

I've been sick and not able to eat anything. I tested positive for rhinovirus and the staff was very good. I would highly recommend this place
