Good quick caring people in this place.  Will recommend to anyone.

Dealing with the kiosk for check in is terrible and increased wait time. Requires you to put in information that should already be on file if you have been multiple times. This was our favorite urgent care before it had a kiosk. It was always quick and easy.

Easy to schedule, great staff fast but efficient. Clean office. Nice front desk staff also.

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit from start to finish! I was able to get a same day appointment and do everything online including paperwork so that there was minimal wait when I arrived. I was seen very quickly and I felt the nurses and nurse practitioner were attentive and listened. Everyone told me to feel better and they immediately got my prescription over to the pharmacy. I even had to call with a follow-up question about one of the medicines and got an answer about that on that same call. All in all, as far as having to go to the doctor it was not a bad experience and I would go here again. Copay for me was around $45.

Scheduling and check in was all by kiosk and cell phone so pretty easy and once you’ve done it stores all your info so prob is easier everytime if u come back. The staff was impeccable so friendly and made my kindergartener feel better after she had to get swabbed. Such a sweet staff and will be back if need be the wait was a little long but it’s the season for sickness so that’s to be expected.

Dr. Hackett is amazing! So lucky to have her here in Helena!!

I was able to walk in with no appointment and was attended to very quickly, everyone was very nice and helpful

I had a sore throat and had lost my voice. The staff was friendly and efficient getting me checked in and seen in a short time. The assistant got my tests done and results came back quickly. The doctor was thorough, caring and professional. I’m feeling better today and appreciate the excellent service.

Tried scheduling online and was given a much later time than I wanted. Called the office and was basically told nothing they could do to get me in earlier. Should have just walked in.  Even with an appointment, took almost two hours. I would never recommend.
