I’m so thankful that Southern Immediate Care is in our town.  I love being able to book an appointment and sign-in online.  The staff are so helpful, kind and respectful.  The office and bathroom is always clean.  The tech’s, nurses and NP’s are diligent in assessing your problems.  My husband and I have gone there several times and would highly recommend Southern Immediate Care in Helena Al.

The care was terrific!! Everyone from right when you walk in the door was so kind! The whole staff was very sweet and helpful!!  So happy we have this urgent care right here in Helena!

Scheduled appointment and was seen same day. Everyone was super friendly and took care of my needs. The Dr prescribed me the medication I needed for my cough and congestion right then. I recommend them for a he next time you get sick.

I had been to a different doctor earlier in the week but they didn’t actually diagnose me with anything just gave me meds and sent me on my way. So I was still feeling bad and decided to go to this Dr and well the wait time was very long but there were a good bit of people in there the service was great once I actually got back. The nurse jimmy was super friendly and cared about what I had to say and the doctor was very friendly and actually cared about what was going on with me. They tested me for multiple things where the Dr I went to first tested me for 3 things. Overall my visit here was very great and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. The only bad part was the wait. But unlike a lot of people I understood there were a lot of people there sick so I understood that the wait was going to be a little long. But after getting back everyone was very friendly. I will definitely go back!

I went as a revisit and sat there for 2 hours. She kept saying you are up next but just seemed to be trying to appease me. As of today I don’t plan to go back there again .         No I do. Not recommend. Not enough employees.

Staff saw me quickly as this was a re-check up on my first visit. I was very pleased with the outcome..
