I was essentially completely forgotten and left in A treatment room.   I received a text thanking me for my visit while I was still in the treatment room. I came out and asked about that and finally someone came in.  I was told to go to the hospital because I could have a blood clot and need an ultra sound. I was asked to sign a release saying I was taking myself and not taking an ambulance.  I left the treatment room and walk out of the area where the waiting room area and exit were completely dark with all the light turned off.  I mean seriously??!!! Thank goodness I wasn’t passed out in the room because they didn’t even remember I was there.

I went in today with horrible back pain! Upon arrive I received empathy from the front desk and the nursing staff, something you don’t see other places!  I filled out my paperwork and was called back very quickly. Once in a room I maybe waited 5 minutes before being seen, Rachel was very attentive and concerned anout what causing the pain. She and the rest of the staff were amazing, they even called later on the day to give me some x-ray results and see how I was feeling!
