The visit was very short and staff were nice. I just went for a refill on my bp meds. But when I picked up my prescriptions one of them had the instructions wrong. I paid all that money and ended up with a 10 day supply instead of 30. Very frustrating. She even had my old prescription bottle to call in the information. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️.

Everyone was Great. From the time we came into office and we leaving was a very short wait.

This was the first time I’ve been since the change of hands. Check in process was extensive and very cumbersome. Only one tablet so waiting for the poor gentleman in front of me with injury to his dominant hand slowed down checking in. A little disappointed to see tablets replacing face to face interaction. Everyone in the clinic was kind and helpful. Wait time in the exam room was long despite an empty clinic. I believe it was bc of testing take time but no one communicated that ahead of time. Provider was courteous and thorough. That is why I continue to return.

Short  wait time and friendly staff. The convenience is the best,  Oh and great bedside manner.

It was the weekend and I felt like I had a UTI. I called to see if I needed an appointment and they told me I could come in any time. When I got there the ladies at the front desk were really sweet and helped me with checking in. As soon as I was done I was called back. I had no wait time. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The place was very clean. I definitely recommend them.

The wait time is usually not bad. However the receptionist couldn’t get the patient ahead of me entered into the computer with insurance. If someone else hadn’t intervened I would have been there all night. There needs to be a point at which you assist the patients waiting and handing off issues that delay care.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility. I know this is likely not typical, but there was absolutely NO wait and I was in and out in less than an hour. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and made an effort to make my 3 year old comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with my quick Saturday night visit.

My symptoms are bladder pain, cloudy pee, odor from urine, frequent urinating. Front desk and intake staff were very nice BUT. My copay was painfully expensive just for the nurse to tell me that I don’t have a UTI despite my symptoms. I asked her what I can do in the meantime and she told me to just keep staying hydrated. She didn’t even give a formal goodbye or reassurance except that she’d have a urine culture added on to double check and left out of the room. Just very unhelpful and unconcerned about what I am going through. It was just a utter waste of time. And left with no good understanding of how to solve the issue.

From the time I checked in and was seen by the doctor, everyone was so nice. The wait time was less than 30 minutes and was out in about 45 minutes.

Tech and Dr were great.  Easy on, easy out. Very thorough listened and asked questions.
