When I entered the office, the receptionist was not welcoming/friendly while looking at me with a mouth full of food, no greeting or anything. Told her what the reason for the visit was and she pointed to the kiosk and said, ”check in over there”. She didn’t say anything when I left either. The other staff/nurses were great! Would definitely recommend

Didn’t even check my temperature or blood pressure, I got home not even 15 minutes later with a 102 degree fever.

Fell and cut leg. Had to get stitches and was difficult to stitch but they did a good job. Very nice both LPN and nurse.

Dr was very considerate of my attitudes and level of understanding of health issues.  Health care is a major expense and I appreciate her asking if I had insurance before suggesting a diagnosis plan.  Scheduling was smooth. Not too long of a wait.  Scheduler respected the urgency of my visit and checked all nearby locations. Having completed online process,  heck-in was quick and friendly.  All staff interactions were positive and personable.

Scheduling and checking in online was easy, staff was friendly. No complaints, only thing that could have gone better was the initial wait time to be called back. Once I was called back it couldn’t have been 10 minutes and I was out the door.

I made my appointment from home!! Got there with in 10min I was in the room being seen bye nurse and 5 minutes later the Dr came in best service I have found yet !!

I realized around 6:00pm I might have a bladder infection.  I had never visited an urgent care but I chose Southern Immediate care due to its location and positive reviews on its website. I was shocked there were no patients in the waiting room on a Friday night!  I was called back right after finishing registration, vital signs done, and saw the CRNP in less than 10 minutes!  She was quite thorough and professional and gave me good d/c instructions and I was discharged within 20 minutes!  Very pleased and will refer friends and family! Thank you so much!!

Easy and efficient appointment with friendly staff!

The lady at the patient registration, short and with a bob, had a very nasty attitude and was very rude. The Nurse Practitioner, Curly hair with hair hanging out the back, was discussing patient information violating HIPPA. This was a very unpleasant experience.

This is my usual place for quick and reliable service. I had been sick for 3 days self medicating with over the counter medicines. I ran a fever, headache, soar throat, stuffy face, coughing and throwing up. They sent my prescriptions to Publix pharmacy and I started to feel better after 24 hours.
