Worst experience I’ve ever had:( and it’s honestly sad. Went for a common cold and ear infection and the care I received was less than the bare minimum. The NP was late which I didn’t mind. The nurse/doctor that seen me seemed very disorganized. They didn’t have the medical supplies needed in the room to properly care for me. She had the wrong size disposable tips for otoscope and still proceeded to shove the loose tip not connected to the otoscope in my ear. Which then caused extreme pain when she tried looking inside me ear. She scratched my inner ear cause it to bleed and become even more sore and painful. I was told I would be getting medicine sent to Walgreens but was never informed what the medication would be until I picked it up. I have never received such poor care before and it’s embarrassing. After, everything was said and done my partner called to just express his dislike with the care I received and was laughed at and treated very disrespectfully by the front desk attendants. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Very unprofessional. Side note the front desk attendants didn’t look perfessional or put together. They both looked very unsanitary and unkept. The place seems very run down….
