I would give this place Zero stars if I could. Staff was rude, the doctor was rude when I went there for an emergency. Billing is even worse. I paid their bill and then they tried to bill me twice for the same service ( I compared the dates of service and medication closely). The 2nd time almost a year later!! I would never go here again, even in an emergency. Update: I paid the first bill and had the proof that I paid. After double billing me a year after the original service, and me calling their completely useless billing department to fix this. Fast forward 6 YEARS after the date of service they have billed me AGAIN for the same date of service, same visit. Unbelievably incompetent to an absurd degree. I see by the reviews that they have done this to others. No excuse for this level of incompetence. This is worse. It's fraud. What do they do, wait 6 years hoping I don't have the original records? I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. This place is the absolute WORST.

The worst. Do yourself a favor and try another Urgent Care. Dirty, old clinic, cannot keep staff on hand and over bills insurance. Just wait until you get the bills in the mail.

Dr Mel and his staff are so incredible I can’t advocate for this location enough. They are quick and efficient minimizing wait times but spend enough time with each patient to ensure quality of care. Can’t go wrong with here!

the covid tube exam is too expensive to pay 175.00 dollars

I'm conflicted with this review as I really like Dr Mel and his staff, in fact Dr Mel diagnosed 1 or 2 concerns for me that others had not. However, when I went there during the pandemic lock down this Spring, the nurse at the front desk was mask-less. I asked, "why are you not wearing a mask" and she said that Dr Mel was advocating for herd immunity and that he says it's better for everyone to not wear masks. Again, this was earlier in the pandemic, so I don't know if they are complying with health guidelines now. I assume they are. But this was a very poor decision, even at the time, which was the end of May. I'm pretty sure it was well known and advised in May that masks stop the spread of the disease.

Dr. Mel is the best. Kind, caring and is a great Dr.

We love Dr. Mel and his receptionist, Jeri. We have been going to this facility for 10 years and are so happy they take Medicare as we just turned 65. We feel like family towards these folks. They will take care of you like you are family too.

Billing dept overcharged me then was rude and hostile about it. had to contact my insurance & file a complaint and do a charge back on my credit card.
