I must apologize for one of meanest person I've ever spoken to over the phone giving me the need to write any sort of bad review because I never have given anybody a better view but I've never had anybody in my life ever treat me or speak to me the way that she used to and I'll be quite Frank with you if she speaks to me that way you don't do when you were playing a fun task I'm sorry Dr mosquez you are a definite doctor but she ain't on her and I don't mean to be repetitive but you need to know what you have working on your front desk because what you do have enjoys I apparently to make people cry and that is wrong this has nothing to do with me wanting medicine she said what I need it see a doctor and what I needed was to be treated with the same respect that I was giving out in the same respect they gave out when I realized that there was a form of control on my account and I had it paid and when I sent the flowers in to apologize because that's the type of person that I am she has probably never sent a thing in her life to anyone sorry Dr moskowitz I truly am I hope you see that every reading is wonderful except for your staff she should be fired immediately she hung up on me so many times and cursed me so many times that it was I don't know seven times too many if you'd like to hear the recording I have it all on recording cuz I was shocked and if you don't ever speak to me that's fine so be it but that is not a fashion to speak to a customer to ever. I am so distract I am beyond stricten and I can only I can only say it's because I've never respond to that way in my life ever shame on her truly shame on her and you know what God bless the man that he lives with because that person is a saint. I again apolgize to you to have to say anything except to say that Dr moskowitz I'm so sorry you don't believe it cuz I do not in any way shape or form. In fact I always felt like you respected me.seemingly you always had a very good rapport as I did with your father which is who I saw for probably about 10 years prior to seeing you yet the woman who works on your front desk now who's probably only been there for a couple of years maybe maybe five six has not definitely been there since your father was there I can assure you that not the person was not associated with the old address however she was so rude and so mean as to curse at me which I think is gross and sorry completely if you thought I would of did especially since I had never ever claimed fraud ever in my life in the entire 10 years I've seen you and your dad so why would I do now I have to ask you. She was telling me about how I claimed fraud on some sort of charge when in reality I called the credit card company and said that that was there was one of my account and that was an okay charge and she said well we already got the money back to the bank and I said well you know what I know that because I was one who made that happen later she goes as far to tell me that she never got the $100 for the flowers that I sent to her when in reality I called the forest and they said they delivered the flowers. So this was yet another lie and you know what I don't know if you enjoy having liars on your staff but want to you so know you have a liar working there her name is Teresa she is evil she is not a polite person she does not care about anybody and she is telling people that they're "her patients"which I am sorry but they are not her patients, so shame on her and shame on her for being is disgusting as she wants to me because no one not me ever treated anyone like that forever I lost my mom feeling w a funeral and right now and you know she claims no more to then to actually say she lost her mother and her father well you know something I don't even believe her furthermore I lost my mother my father and my brother and the past 10 years so you want to do something that's all the family in the world I had and you know what they all all treating me with nothing respect as everybody does because that's the way I treat everyone I have never been mean to anybody in my life and that woman did nothing but but in sure to hang up on on me enough times and in short to make me cry enough where I'm still now when all I said was if you drop me as a client that is fine but I want to make sure that I am clear with you as far as financially so I want to make sure I pay you if I owe you money that was my concern she proceeded to hang up on me 5 times these are not the types of people Dr moskowitz that you should have that show who you are because you are a good person and you are a nice person and shame on her I'm sorry I'm so sorry baby you know what I am still crying over her ridiculously awfully behavior and you know what that is wrong that is so wrong nothing much what's I'm sorry you're an excellent doctor and that's all I want to convey to you she on the other hand she she working at I don't know say Target maybe that's stretch actually

I have been going to see Dr Moscowitz and before that his father for decades before and now that I am vaccinated and I kinda really need his help I hope he is still there
