The staff was very kind at the end of the day

Everything at the clinic was fine. However, I was there at 8:00 am and at the pharmacy at 10:30 and they still hadn’t called in my script. Called several times, was told the script was sent, and 45 minutes later still waiting at the pharmacy sick and wanting to go home. Not sure how much longer I can last. Still have to drive home 30 minutes.

The PA I saw walked in with gloves on and used hand sanitizer with the gloves on. He then began to touch my children’s face with his wet gloves. Their skin on their neck and face are irritated today due to the harsh sanitizer contacting their skin.

We had a great experience. Provider even remembered we had just been there a few days ago with a different child. Made it more personal. Great care!

I was surprised how quickly I had been seen. Medical staff were attentive and swiftly called for necessary imaging to conclusively arrive at a diagnosis. My visit was about an hour with necessary Rx waiting for pickup at the pharmacy. Amazing.

Everyone was helpful, competent, and caring. The wait times seemed long, but I understand how that can happen.

I had a somewhat non-standard problem and in the end I had to be sent to ER, but they did what they could.

Wait time was minimal. Staff was friendly and sympathetic. Booked appointment on the internet. No complaints.

My daughter was seen by a Physicians Assistant for treatment after a car accident. The visit was good. Staff was great. Here’s where things took a really bad turn… since my daughter was seen around 5pm, she was there for a couple hours due to X-rays, etc. She left the office with a treatment plan close to 7pm, we thought. The PA was going to have 3 prescriptions called in for her that night. Instructed her to start taking one of them that night. Unfortunately, the PA did not document her visit, no dictation on file, no treatment plan i my daughters records…. Nothing. AND unfortunately for my daughter, that particular PA was off work the next day so the staff was not able to call in any medications for her due to lack of documentation. Apparently, they had been trying to reach the PA all of the next day but no calls or messages were returned. I understand that things happen but this was completely ridiculous and negligent. If there was an option of ZERO stars, that’s what I would rate this facility at. The best part is, my first phone call the following day, to check on her prescriptions, I was given half of the truth. It wasn’t until my second phone that they finally told me the PA didn’t document my daughters visit.
