I showed with symptoms of a sinus infection and doctor would not give me an antibiotic that day she said I had to wait two days to fill the prescription (Christmas Day) so instead of prescribing me an antibiotic To start right away I have to wait and I am still miserable day after my visit. If she was going to give me a prescription anyway why wouldn’t she give it to me to be filled right away so I wouldn’t have to be sick longer??? I will never return to the Clinic!

The facility was quite busy. I had an appointment, so my wait time was considerably shorter than most everyone else’s. The nurse, the x-ray tech, as well as Dr Abraham. I have to give an extra pat on the back, he said his day was considerably easier with the Support Staff on duty. He said they are the ones keeping this moving.

Dr Abraham was very nice and I could tell he understood that as parents it was very difficult for our two year old. He was extremely sweet and his bedside manner seemed very genuine. The nurse was ok. In the beginning she was very friendly and was chatting with us and seemed in good spirits but seemed annoyed when I explained of my sons sensitivities when we were struggling to get some of the vitals. Maybe she is just not super good with younger kids? Or maybe just having an off morning. Overall was a good experience and would come again. My guess is maybe the nurse was just not realizing her shift in energy.

My appointment was made for 2:15pm. I did not get called back for 45 mins. I was there until 4pm. What's the point of even making an appointment?

This location is so handy for me and it’s usually less busy than other ones. Today was crazy because the entire world is sick right now. Wait time was about an hour and a half even with an appointment

Front desk staff was not friendly and very rude to patients. Toilet had someone else’s urine on it. I was seen for a UTI, 9 days postpartum. The male physician asked me if there was blood in my urine - obviously yes, 9 days post partum. He also asked how long “they said (I) would bleed for” to which I explained 6 weeks, like any normal post partum experience. It was the most baffling experience and I felt little confidence in the provider’s ability to competently treat me.

Dr Abraham was thorough, explained my condition and did not rush to prescribe antibiotics. He assured me the urgent care would be open Sunday morning if I felt worse. The Benzoate pills helped. Four days later I am much better-still recovering but having no breathing issues. I appreciate that this visit is included in my SC records for reference for visits with my primary.
