We were traveling through and everything went as smooth as possible!

Mikayla was excellent. I don't love needles or blood draws and she was generous and kind with me. Ms. Betty at the front was also very helpful. I was visiting family from out of state and was able to get my blood drawn and have the results sent to my physician. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs timely and concise health care.

I went in for a pre employment blood draw and it was much more complicated than necessary. When I was waiting in the lobby I could hear the lab tech speaking loudly on speakerphone and using my private information which I didn’t appreciate for privacy reasons. It also seemed like she was trying to get out of drawing my labs by saying I had the wrong paperwork when I did not. When I went back with her for my blood draw, she did one attempt on each arm with the same needle and failed at both. She blamed me for being dehydrated even though I am a clinician and could clearly see the vein she was missing. It was a bizarre and uncomfortable experience.

Very nice friendly receptionist. Phlebotomist was very personable and pleasant and efficient. Had to wait a few minutes but not not bad since I was a few minutes early for my appointment. Pleasant experience overall. Thank you.

Prompt and efficient

This was a great experience for my blood draw, staff could not have been nicer. Especially Henry who drew my blood. Facility was immaculate and cheery. Thank you!

I came in for a Lab draw. Unfortunately, both Henry and Jack had difficulty drawing my blood, probably due to my being a bit dehydrated ( I’m on a 1500 ml fluid restriction and a 2 gram Sodium restriction). They were both very apologetic but, I felt they were not at fault. In the end the blood did get drawn!!

The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming . Had a hard time booking it through Solv. Had to call the facility to get it straightened out.

This was my first time getting blood work from here done. Excellent staff- very friendly! I am usually a hard person to get blood from... No problem. I was in and out quickly- just make sure you bring the orders with you- they can't access from iHA.

Went to get blood work. After 6 needle stabbings the nurse told me she was unable. It’s a long commute for me so this was horrible.
